Project – Alan “Chikin” Chow
LA Cinematic Portrait Session
Working with Alan “Chikin” Chow, a social media influencer (1+ million followers) for a moody portrait session for social media.
The details of this project
The goal of the portrait session was to capture moody and more “artistic” looking portraits to post on social media. In order to capture the vision, I location-scouted in Los Angeles and found an abandoned parking structure. We used this setting for the photoshoot to create a minimalist aesthetic. In post-production, I added film grain and color-graded the photos to have a cool tone along with muted colors.
